Buyer support

Yacht buying questions, answered clearly.

Use these answers to prepare a better shortlist, viewing and delivery conversation.

Practical answers

Before you shortlist.

Are the yachts physically located in the delivery country?

Not necessarily. Every listing states its current inspection location separately from the markets where delivery may be considered.

What does For Sale, Sale Pending or Sold mean?

The status is plain listing text. Production records need a fresh seller confirmation and updated date before public indexing.

Can I arrange an independent survey?

Yes. Buyers may appoint an appropriately qualified marine surveyor where the yacht can be inspected.

Is shipping included in the yacht price?

Only when the written listing or offer explicitly says so. Survey, export preparation, freight, insurance, port handling and commissioning may be separate.

Can you guarantee import, tax or registration outcomes?

No. These depend on the yacht, transaction, use, destination and current rules. Use official sources and qualified local professionals before committing.

How do YouTube videos work?

A video section appears only when a yacht record has a YouTube link. Every yacht still has a photo gallery.

Can I ask for a custom yacht?

Yes. Begin with routes, guest numbers, range, crew, layout, budget band and preferred timing so the project can be scoped.

Which languages are available?

English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean core journeys are available.
